Privacy and Cookie Policy

This privacy policy is designed to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with this data. This is important, not just to ensure the security of your personal data, but also to ensure that Twinca A/S complies with all the conditions related to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which will come into effect on May 25, 2018.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

GDPR establishes new frameworks for how personal data is processed and how we approach the right to privacy. The GDPR aims to strengthen and unify data protection regulations and rights for the benefit of EU citizens. It applies to all EU organizations and organizations outside of the EU (of any size) that provide goods and services to the EU, or that use tracking technologies (such as cookies or tracking pixels) to monitor the behavior of EU users.

Where relevant, we protect our cookies and other similar technologies to ensure that only we and/or our authorized service providers can interpret them by assigning them a unique identifier that is designed for interpretation by us.

By using this website, you accept our cookie policy.

Like most other online stores, we also use so-called cookies. A cookie is a small file that a website places on your computer so that it can remember the site for a future visit. You can get more information about cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org.

In order for us to send you your items, we need to have your name, postal address, and email address. These data are stored in our customer file, which only we have access to and which is never transferred to others.
